Thanks for your letter. I'm glad to hear you're well. I'm writing to answer you question about where to go on holiday.
I can recommend you my area, especially my village Castelló d'Empúries. Here you can choose between: the mountain, the sea or cultural tourism.
On the one hand if you choose the mountain you can go trekking to Sant Pere de Rodes or Maçanet de Cabrenys, these two posibilities are nice, because the places are pretty and they are surrounded by nature.
On the other hand if you prefer to visit the sea you can go to my village. The beach is about 3 km from Castelló and there you can go different sports: kite surfing, windsurfing, rowing, sailing and canoing. All these sports are very enjoyable and competitive.
But if you choose cultura tourism my village is perfect for this. In Castelló there is a medieval Prision, it was built in 1336. Prisioners were sailors and they made marks on the walls to count the years and they drew pictures of ships. The second important cultural monument is the "Basilica", it is gothic and romanesque and it was built in S. XIX.
The weather is usually good In July and August it is hot in the afternoon there is a sea breeze. In winter it is cold and windy but often sunny.

Protesting in the sreet doesn't change anything.
At the moment in the streets there are a lot of protests and demostrations, but they don't change anything. In spite of this the subjects of the protests are important. The demostrations are for various reasons, peace, discrimination, anviromental problems, contamination, education...
On the one hand I agree that the protesters are in the street because it is the only way to get the autorities to listen to them. On the other hand thise people don't do any harm to anybody. But sometimes protesting in the sreets doesn't change anything because there aren't many people who demostrate.
When they are demostrating they occasionally break something are hurt somebody, and then the police are often too hard with them.
In conclusion protesting is good, provided that protestants don't do any harm to anybody.

A good friend

A good friend

Igansi is an important friend for me because I have known him seems were little. He is tall, his eyes are brown, and his hair is a big long. His rather quiet and very polite and he is got a friendly face. On the one hand Ignasi is particularly calm, but on the other hand when he knows you well he is more open and friendly. I always feel good when I am what him, he is study in first of B the same as me. He is a good student and he works heard and get good marks. The think that I like most is that he always gives good advice I usually do what he tells me when I was him for advice.

Dear Ms Lluis Pinto.

- I’m writing to you about the new timetable for next year. Next year the schools will start a week earlier, but in February we will have a week’s holiday.
- Having said that I agree with this new timetable because we have a lot of exams and it is very stressing, so a week’s holiday is good. It is also a good idea to start a week earlier because everybody is tired of the summer.
- The only thing I disagree with is that I only have one more year at school. So it will not affect me very much. It should have been changed before.
- I hope you will be interested to know my opinion about this subject.

Dialogue Xavi and Ignasi

In the diary of Adrian Mole and the film of thirteen there are few similarites. The parents of the two children are getting divorce and the two families are alcoholic Tracy lives with her mother and Adrian lives with his father. Adrian is always worried about the food that he eats and about his apparance. Tracy is always worried about her apperance. Evie is Tracy's friend and Nigel is Adrian's best friend, both Adrian and Tracy have problems because their best friends steal their boyfriend and girlfriend. Adrian is bullied by Barry Kent at school and he has to pay an amount of money to him. Tracy also has problems with some older people who want to hit her.

There are several differences between the book and the film. In the film, for example Evie is a bad influence on Tracy. Evie influenced Tracy to take drugs and Tracy becomes an addicted. Tracy also does petty crimes like stealing in shops stealing things from other people. Tracy's mother is a hairdresser, and her boyfriend is a drug addict. her father doesn't look after them. Tracy has got a younger brother. At the end of the film Evie blames Tracy for everything thats has happened, but Tracy changes and becomes the same girl as before. However the book tells the story of Adrian. His parents separate for a time but then his mother returns home and at the end of the book they are a happy family again.
